Every week, Microburbs calculates the Smart Median house price for every suburb in Australia. This page tracks week-on-week movements so you can spot suburbs accelerating or cooling before the monthly indices catch up.

Each report shows the top growers and top decliners filtered to suburbs with at least 3 recent sales, plus a regional breakdown of average price movement. All data comes from the Microburbs Smart Median (prop_list_price_0_5_buy_house).
