Tarneit: what changed since the 2021 Census

It has since added more addresses than any suburb in the country, and the new Census map cuts it into 724 areas where the old one had 563.

The numbers
Tarneit added more addresses than any other suburb in Australia since 2021, and did it with houses, not towers.
What this means if you are buying here. Any 2021 Census figure you are shown for Tarneit is describing a place that has since been carved into 724 areas and has 12,874 more addresses than it did. The suburb average is the wrong tool. The Tarneit suburb report is built from today's addresses and sales, and it is the one to read before you offer.
