Off Left Bank Road and Tuckeroo Avenue there's a new land release called Tallowood Ridge Estate.
We are seeing that a lot of people who live locally are buying in this estate rather than renovating their existing homes and building new places out here instead.
Bigger blocks
Near the hospital and along the river we see bigger, elevated blocks, a lot of these blocks are an acre in size.
You tend to see more established people living here - not as much of the younger family demographic.
Close to the Steiner School
The Steiner School on Left Bank Road is very popular, it's a draw card for Mullumbimby as a whole.
I'm finding that a lot of people want to live close to this school.
