Pet restrictions
There is a cabinet on this area where there’s no pets allowed, which is a bit of a shame and it does restrict a lot of buyers for the area.
Everyone loves to have a dog, people still have cats buts thats one of the negatives it’s a lovely, leafy, bushy area, just very quiet.
Majority owner occupied
This is probably one of the areas that's pretty more so owner occupiers, there’s a few renters in there but it's predominantly owner occupiers.
