A buyer's agent only gets paid if the recommendation holds up. Eight of them put their name to Microburbs on the record, and two say it replaced the three or four tools they were paying for.

The median price of a suburb is the price of a suburb. You are buying one street in it, and streets inside the same postcode do not move together. The things that decide it later, who lives around you, what is being built, how much of the street is rented out, are not on the listing and are not visible at an 11am inspection.
Which is why the professionals do not stop at the median. A Microburbs report breaks a suburb into microburbs, the small pockets inside it, and prices each one on its own. That is the whole reason this page exists: not to tell you our reports are good, but to show you who already pays for them and what they say when a recording is running.
What a buyer's agent is actually looking at. The table across the top is the last four weeks of prices, because these reports move weekly rather than quarterly. The list underneath is what is pushing prices around, and the map colours every microburb inside the suburb separately, which is the level a street decision is actually made at.
Every quote below names the person, their firm, and where it came from. Each one either sat on a recorded call and agreed to be quoted, or published it themselves.
