Torrens title subdivision into 29 residential lots and the construction of 13 dwellings, 16 semi detached dwellings and 2 studio dwellings with associated civil works. The proposed development is classified as “Integrated Development” under Section 91 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, as concurrent approval is required from the NSW Department of Primary Industries - Water under the Water Management Act 2000. The site is also subject to a separate planning proposal currently under review by Council to change the SP2 Infrastructure zoning of part of the site to R2 Low Density Residential and amend the Indicative Layout Plan road pattern adopted for the Alex Avenue Precinct under State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006. An appeal has been lodged by the applicant with the Land & Environment Court of NSW against the "deemed refusal" of this application. |
