Commercial blocks average 6,478 crimes per 100,000, with property crime at 2,911, violent crime at 1,005, and drugs at 952. The industrial and commercial character of these streets explains the concentration.
The safest residential streets are notably quieter. Wexford Court, Cranbourne Drive, Purnell Road, Vermont Avenue, McHarry Court, and Sharland Road all show substantially lower crime rates.
