| My property currently has a large (8+metre) Eucalyptus tree that has two dead limbs on it. This tree hangs over two neighbouring property fences. This aim is to activate risk mitigation to prevent future dead limbs, as well as live limbs, falling on the tenants leasing the property and surrounding residents and their dwellings. It has been especially on my radar after the recent strong winds and hearing in the news that people have died this week for large limbs/trees falling on them. I am uncertain of the exact species of Eucalyptus. The dead limbs were brought to my attention my the Property Manager of my property, whom works for Professionals Real Estate Wagga Wagga.
