We&#8217;re looking for people with great skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe in empowering Australians will all the data they need to make all kinds of location based decisions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Curious, analytical mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the analyst role, intermediate+ level in python and pandas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the writer role, excellent written English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Editor\/Writer role:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Writing engaging articles that get shared on social media<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Getting coverage of our work in the media, both mainstream and online. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Editing site content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Analyst role:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Analysis of Australian lifestyle, demographics, housing and local economies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluation of data sources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data transformation using pandas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the writer, content writing and proofing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Not essential but familiarity with any of these will help:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Australian public data (eg data.gov.au) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Australian urban landscape, real estate market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internet marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Flexible working conditions including Work From Anywhere, part\/full time depending on your schedule.
